My Approach to Supporting You

I believe that you already hold much of the wisdom you need. People with ADHD know their inner world better than anyone else, even if years of misunderstanding, criticism, or overwhelm have made that hard to trust. My role is not to offer quick fixes or tell you how you “should” be, but to help you slow things down, listen more closely to yourself, and make sense of what is really going on.

Through careful listening, thoughtful questioning, and compassionate challenge, I support you to explore patterns, unpick unhelpful stories, and notice what genuinely helps you thrive. Together, we work towards goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and shaped around your life, your energy, and your values. The focus is not on becoming someone else, but on creating ways of living and working that feel more sustainable, grounded, and true to who you are.
