WHAT I DO

Insight2Excellence offers ADHD-informed life coaching for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and live with greater freedom and steadiness.

I work with people who are tired of pushing, masking, or feeling they are somehow getting life wrong. Many come to coaching feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, or caught in cycles they cannot quite name. Together, we slow things down and create space to notice what is really happening, without judgment or pressure to perform.

My coaching helps you build an inner relationship that is kinder, clearer, and more supportive. This often includes working with emotional intensity, rejection sensitivity, focus, boundaries, identity, and the constant background effort of holding things together. Rather than forcing change, we pay attention to what your nervous system needs so that change can emerge naturally and sustainably.

Alongside individual coaching, I also offer ADHD-informed support to leaders and organisations who want to create more human, neuro-affirming cultures. This work grows out of the same principles: relationship, self-understanding, and reducing harm caused by unrealistic expectations.

People, purpose, and passion guide all I do. From inclusion and wellbeing to mindful leadership and resilience, I help people lead with empathy and build healthier, more human cultures.

If something here resonates, you are warmly invited to get in touch. We can begin with a gentle conversation to see whether coaching together feels like the right next step for you.

Principles & Values that Shape my Work

My work is guided less by programmes or packages, and more by a set of principles that shape how I show up, how I listen, and how we work together. These principles come from many years in social care and leadership, from coaching practice, and from my own lived experience of ADHD and long-term illness.

They describe what you can expect when we work together. There is no requirement to be ready, clear, or confident. We begin from where you are, and we go at your pace, a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Why work with me

Reaching out for coaching can feel like a risk, especially if life has taught you to expect judgment, pressure, or being misunderstood. This work is designed to feel different from the very first conversation.I offer a way of working that is calm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for how your mind, body, and nervous system actually function. There is no agenda to fix you, push you, or make you perform. Instead, we create the conditions where insight, steadiness, and change can unfold at your pace.

I am trained and certified as a coach by both the MOE Foundation and Barratt Coaching and Training. I am a member of the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance, and I engage in regular supervision with Barratt Coaching and Training. This ensures that my practice is not only informed by evidence and experience, but also reflective, accountable, and held to the highest professional standards.

A Gentle Starting Point

We begin with a free 30-minute discovery conversation. This is not an assessment and there is nothing you need to prepare or prove. It is simply a chance to talk, ask questions, and sense whether working together feels right. You remain in control of what happens next.

Clear, Ethical Boundaries

Coaching works best when expectations are clear and trust is mutual. I work within recognised ethical frameworks and offer a straightforward coaching agreement so you know where you stand. Confidentiality, consent, and respect sit at the heart of every conversation.

ADHD-Informed Coaching in Practice

My approach blends directive and non-directive coaching in a way that suits ADHD minds. Sometimes that means space to reflect and untangle thoughts. At other times, it means gentle structure, prompts, or practical experimentation. We decide together what is most supportive in each moment.

Change That Fits Real Life

This is not about forcing habits or chasing an ideal version of yourself. Coaching focuses on small, meaningful shifts that reduce friction, soften self-criticism, and create more room to breathe. The aim is not to become someone new, but to live with more choice, compassion, and self-trust.
