Evidence-Based & Neuroscience-Informed

Understanding the why behind the struggle
From self-blame to self-understanding
Understanding what is happening in your brain can be a powerful relief.
My coaching is informed by current research and neuroscience-based understanding of ADHD. Rather than relying on willpower, motivation myths, or pressure to try harder, we explore how attention, motivation, emotional intensity, and executive functioning are shaped in the ADHD brain.
This understanding helps shift the inner conversation from blame to curiosity. Instead of asking “What is wrong with me?”, we begin to ask “What is happening here, and what might help?”
We pay attention to areas such as task initiation, planning, prioritisation, working memory, overwhelm, and emotional regulation, including experiences like Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. Change is approached as non-linear and human. We work with your nervous system, energy, and readiness, recognising that growth happens through experimentation, reflection, and kindness, not pressure or perfection.
